These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PersFin website (persfin.app) and app (app.persfin.app), operated by YAH Tech ("we," "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By using the PersFin website or app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use PersFin.

Alpha Program

PersFin is currently in an alpha stage. That means:

• The service is provided as-is and is under active development.
• Features may change, break, or be removed at any time, and the service may be suspended or discontinued without notice.
• Access to the alpha is by invitation, granted and revoked at our sole discretion.
• Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee access.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PersFin only for its intended purpose: viewing your own financial information. You agree not to:

• Connect accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Resell, scrape, or redistribute the service or its data.

Intellectual Property

PersFin, the PersFin name and logo, and the YAH Tech name and logo are the property of YAH Tech. All software, design, and content of the service belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any ownership to you.

No Financial Advice

PersFin displays information about your accounts to help you understand your debt and cash positions. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the service should be treated as a recommendation to take (or not take) any financial action. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate; always confirm balances and details with your financial institution before making decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersFin is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YAH Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or financial loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) PersFin. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PersFin at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms or as part of managing the alpha program. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your data by emailing support@persfin.app.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which YAH Tech operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, especially as PersFin moves through its alpha stage. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
